Gigs turn Showcase profiles, Products, activity, and evidence into useful hiring context without exposing private contact information by default.
Describe the work, requirements, deliverables, work mode, engagement type, budget range, technologies, categories, and optional application deadline.
Posting is available from the configured Builder tier. The current default is Free and above.
A Builder sends a short fit note from the Gig page. Connecting is controlled by a separate tier gate, currently Basic and above by default.
The Gig owner can review the Builder profile and public Showcase evidence before choosing whom to contact.
A Builder can explicitly choose to share the account email with a Gig owner for direct follow-up.
Without consent, the owner still sees the public Builder profile and application note but not a private email address.
Owners can shortlist, mark contacted, move candidates into interviewing, record a hire, or decline an application.
The Gig itself can be opened, paused, marked filled, closed, or cancelled without deleting its history.
Hiring and invoice payment are not treated as proof that work was completed. The Gig owner and hired Builder must each confirm completion.
Public Builder completion credit requires separate consent from both parties. Either party can withdraw public consent, revoke the record, or dispute completion, which suppresses public credit.
