We process account identity, profile details, submitted Product content, activity you choose to make public, support messages, and transaction records needed to run Showcase.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate you, display your selected public profile and Product details, operate community features, prevent abuse, process payments, and improve service reliability.
Safety and moderation records
To protect the community, we may process reports, moderation decisions, muted-participation records, and content held for safety review. These records are restricted to authorized operations and security purposes.
Visibility and activity
Public Product and Builder information is visible to visitors. Activity is published only when an activity event is marked public; private account history remains private to the account holder.
Retention and controls
You can export your account data and request account deletion from Account and privacy. Deletion requests have a 14-day recovery period before final processing.
Security and service providers
Showcase uses service providers for authentication, hosting, media, and payment processing. We apply access controls and rate limits, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
