Using Showcase

Use Showcase lawfully, provide accurate information about Products you submit, and do not interfere with the service or other people’s use of it.

Product submissions

You retain responsibility for content, links, images, and claims associated with your Product. A submission may remain a draft, be reviewed, or be removed when it violates these terms or applicable law.

Community participation

Votes, reviews, messages, waitlists, and discussions must be genuine. Follow our Community Guidelines. Do not manipulate rankings, impersonate others, distribute malware, harass, threaten, post spam, or disclose another person’s private information.

Moderation and safety

We may hold, remove, or limit content and mute participation in community features where we reasonably believe content or conduct violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law. We may retain moderation records and reports to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Payments and boosts

Paid purchases are processed through the stated payment provider. Showcase fulfils a successful purchase against its recorded order and account. Correctly delivered purchases are ordinarily final. If payment succeeds but Showcase does not correctly deliver the purchased entitlement, we first reconcile and repair that same purchase idempotently. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, applicable law, and payment-provider rules. Payment does not guarantee editorial placement, product approval, traffic, funding, or a particular ranking outcome.

Events and Gigs

Event organizers are responsible for accurate schedules, venues, capacity, attendance information, and any terms they communicate to registrants. Gig posters and applicants are responsible for their own engagement and payment arrangements. A Showcase listing is not an employment, ticket-delivery, or payment guarantee.

Sale and Auctions

A Sale enquiry is an expression of interest, not a completed transfer. Auctions use reviewed terms and a recorded bidding and closing process, but Showcase does not collect purchase funds, provide escrow, settle a transaction, or itself transfer ownership of a Product. Participants are responsible for their own due diligence and completion arrangements.
